We had a very special stay here which began with an upgrade to a large room with views over the venetian lagoon. The room felt recently refurbished and had fantastic views. There was lots of bustle under our first floor windows but no noise at night. Staff on front desk could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The room was very clean with a great shower and very comfy big bed. Breakfast was exceptional with a huge range of options in a buffet style-not necessarily good for you but some wonderful homemade cake. They made fresh orange juice and coffee if you didn't fancy the machine made ones. Breakfast is on floor 2 with amazing views-try to get a table that looks out over the lagoon. Chioggia is undersold and is really like a small Venice but fishing is its main focus and is so fresh in the very good restaurants. There were very good boat tours and the non-commercial fish market should not be missed. This is a hotel on the top of its game!

Excellent breakfast served with both hot and cold selection with a varied choice and served in lovely rooms overlooking the lagoon , staff were excellent replenishing food and clearing tables efficiently. Had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious along with excellent service. The room was modern and with good facilities and bathroom was well equipped with good shower. Pre arrival requests were handled very professionally and communication regarding the transfer requests was excellent. The hotel is extremely clean and although modern has kept original character which adds an elegance. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if in the area would stay here again. A gem of a hotel with excellent staff who are very attentive and make you feel very welcome

The staff here are exceptional. They are unfailingly helpful, always very friendly and appear to love their jobs as they are so happy! The hotel is in a wonderful position overlooking the harbour and at the end of the main street, so really close to everything in Chioggia. The beach in Sottomarina is an easy 25 min walk too. Our superior Laguna was very comfortable and a pleasure to come back to with a really comfortable bed. It was quiet too which is always a bonus. Breakfast was good. There is a plentiful selection of fruit, pastries, meats, cheeses and hot breakfast items etc. The breakfast room overlooks the harbour on the 2nd floor which is a lovely way to start the day

Location is excellent. You are directly in historical center near to restaurants, bars and 'gelaterias'. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee, croissants, yogurts, fruits, salami, eggs, bacon, cereal buffet, juice, ... and nice Venetian Lagoon overview from window. Room was clean, premium quality facilities. I highly recommend trip to Venice by boat which is combined with bus and ferry but entertaining and it takes about 1:10 to San Marco. Ticket cost 25€/person/day but you can use it in whole Venetian area. Still better than car, you avoid problems with parking. Cost of drinks in Chioggia center was surprising low, 3-5€ for Aperol Spritz.

Great location on the edge of the lagoon; numerous bars and restaurants a short walk away; hotel decoration was fresh and contemporary, though the building retains its early twentieth-century charm. Breakfast was great - lots of choice, all of it of a good quality. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Chioggia is like a miniature version of Venice - canals, views of the lagoon, history, charm; but also much less busy and much less expensive. It's a great place for a quiet break by the water.
